This is a senior leadership position with end-to-end accountability for the performance, transformation, and strategic direction of the organisation's core business systems. The role focuses on modernising our client's ERP Platform, establishing a scalable and governed data platform and ensuring the successful delivery of both large-scale transformation programmes and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of business critical systems, including ERP, data platforms, reporting, and integrations.
- Leadership of multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering and architecture.
- Delivery accountability for large-scale transformation programmes.
- Oversight of system performance, reliability, and lifecycle management in collaboration with Service Delivery.
- Governance of change, prioritisation, and demand management across business systems.
- Engagement with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.
Business Systems Strategy & Roadmap
Key Experience Required:
- Experience in a senior technology leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP transformations, ideally within Dynamics Business Central.
- Experience designing and implementing modern data platforms (Azure, Fabric, Power BI, ecosystems).
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integrations, and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex system landscapes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
