A successful and well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to join its operation in Willenhall. The Role
The Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment across the site. The role will involve:
- Leading and coordinating a small maintenance team
- Overseeing preventative maintenance activities
- Carrying out and supporting electrical fault‑finding and breakdown repairs
- Coordinating contractor activities
- Ensuring equipment inspections and maintenance records are kept up to date
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About You
Candidates should have significant maintenance engineering experience, ideally within a manufacturing, heavy industrial, or process environment, with some previous supervisory or team leadership responsibility. Strong electrical maintenance and diagnostic skills are important, and electrical installation, testing, or maintenance qualifications would be advantageous. Experience with overhead cranes, hoists, or other heavy industrial equipment would be beneficial, along with a practical, organised, and proactive approach to maintenance operations.
