We’re looking for a talented and driven Renewables Project Manager to lead exciting electrical and solar PV projects across Wales. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the installation of commercial and large-scale solar PV systems, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure.
  • Oversee teams of electricians and installers to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Handle project planning, procurement, budgets, and reporting.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets certification and compliance standards.
  • Manage site operations, health and safety, and quality assurance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Electrician with strong electrical knowledge and experience.
  • Relevant electrical and renewables qualifications (Level 3 Electrical Installation, BPEC L3 Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, or equivalent).
  • SMSTS/SSSTS preferred (training can be provided).
  • Experience managing electrical projects or a willingness to step up with the right skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and leadership abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and strong communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
