Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing catering company looking for an IT service desk analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 1st and 2nd line experience. If that’s you then you could be exactly what they’re looking for!
The Role
- You will be primarily responsible for offering first and second line IT support to people right across the Neptune business, in person, over the phone, by email, throughout specified business hours.
- Logging and diagnosing issues, resolving them where possible and escalating where necessary.
- Keeping careful track of all enquiries to ensure issues are always resolved to the satisfaction of the users.
- Look for and demonstrate a commitment to continuous service improvement by increasing the ability to fix IT issues first time by innovation and collaboration.
- Assist with hardware installation and replacement programmes.
The Candidate
- The ideal candidate for this IT service desk analyst will have relevant experience of SQL and Hyper V, has preferably worked in 2nd line support.
- You’ll also need a background in service desk.
- In addition, you’ll need a driver licence / SC clearance etc.
