If you’re confident running BREEAM projects from planning through to certification, reviewing technical documentation, and managing evidence without being micromanaged, this could be a great step.

The Role

Our client is growing their in‑house sustainability team and are looking for a brand‑new BREEAM Assessor/Sustainability Consultant with 3‑5 years’ experience delivering assessments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading BREEAM New Construction & Retrofit assessments from early design through to completion
  • Reviewing drawings, specs and contractor evidence
  • Working closely with MEP engineers and building physics colleagues
  • Supporting projects largely across logistics, industrial and manufacturing (with some residential mixed in)

About You

  • Up to 5 years BREEAM Assessments experience in a consultancy environment
  • Licensed Assessor preferred, but not required!
  • Comfortable managing your own projects and deadlines
  • Ideally some exposure to tools like OneClick LCA or IES
