Job Title: Service Design and Transition Manager

Location: Bristol (3 days onsite)

Salary: up to £58,000

We are supporting a Bristol based legal practice who are looking to onboard a Service Design and Transition Manager. You’ll lead best practice, collaboration, and continuous improvement, applying ITIL principles throughout the service lifecycle.

The Role

  • Defining service levels and making sure internal teams and suppliers can meet them.
  • Working with Change & Transformation to embed service design into projects and keep a clear view of all work.
  • Keep the ITS service catalogue up to date and ensure all documentation is created, maintained, and stored correctly.
  • Work with teams to retire or decommission outdated products, services, and components.

The Candidate

  • Experience managing projects that deliver service design and transition.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certified, with hands-on experience applying ITIL principles.
  • Experience maintaining service catalogues and knowledge bases.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level applications and their support models.
  • Experience reviewing contracts, service packages and SLAs.
