We are supporting a scaling professional services organisation in Glasgow with the hire of a Regional IT Support Engineer. In this role you will help improve efficiency and reliability of their IT Operations across Scotland. You’ll support both internal teams and clients by solving technical issues, providing expert guidance, and keeping systems running smoothly.
The Role:
- Act as the main IT contact for all offices across the Midlands
- Maintain and troubleshoot networks, servers, and storage systems
- Keep IT services like LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud systems running smoothly
- Help with IT projects like system upgrades, rollouts, and migrations
The Candidate:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management
- Experience managing IT across multiple locations or regions
- Good knowledge of Office 365, Windows systems, and cloud platforms like Azure
- Strong skills in networking and Cisco Meraki, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
