We are currently helping our key client Route 101 to hire a series of Project Managers to support their clients in multiple sectors including the public sector. Route 101 works with top-tier partners like Zendesk, Amazon, NICE, and Calabrio to help businesses build seamless customer connections.
In this role, you will lead the deployment of Cloud Contact Centre technology for key Route 101 clients. It requires someone who can take ownership of full or partial project phases, ensuring milestones are met with precision. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive success in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Manage specific projects or workstreams within large-scale programmes, ensuring timely delivery to contracted terms
