This is a brilliant opportunity to join a well-established and growing 270 team, supporting a mix of new and existing clients across Tech and Engineering. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality shortlists and building long-term candidate relationships, while partnering closely with our Business Development team to ensure a seamless client experience.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality candidates across Tech and Engineering roles using modern sourcing tools and techniques.
- Own and manage a smooth, engaging candidate journey from first contact through to placement.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure roles are well-qualified and expectations are aligned.
- Support account growth through market mapping, insights, and identifying new opportunities within existing clients.
A true 270 model: focus on delivery, without the pressure of cold business development. Established client base with repeat business and strong relationships. What we’re looking for:
