Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading construction and facilities management company who are looking to recruit an experienced Proposals Manager to join their team based in East London. You will be responsible for driving business growth by leading the development and management of the full lifecycle of bids and proposals, from initial capture planning through to submission.
Onsite role £60,000 to £65,000pa + £4,500 car allowance
Responsibilities:- Work closely with operational, commercial, and technical teams to gather input and produce winning content.
- Develop high-quality written proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate and lead proposal planning meetings, setting clear timelines and deliverables.
- Identify win themes, value propositions, and innovative solutions tailored to each client.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all bid documents and presentations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates, and best practices.
- 3-5 Years in a Bid Management type role
- Proven experience of managing and writing bids and proposals in the construction or facilities management sector.
- Strong track record of securing contracts valued up to £5 million.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
