Role: Technical Project Manager

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: up to £65,000

We’re supporting a growing SaaS business who is scaling their Programme Delivery function and looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to take ownership of major delivery programmes across a wide portfolio of clients.

Role

In this role you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of technically complex software projects. Focusing on bringing together cross-functional teams, managing risk and governance, and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and senior stakeholders to drive delivery excellence in a fast-moving, agile environment.

Candidate

  • A strong track record leading software project delivery within a SaaS or tech-led environment
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Practical experience of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods
  • Confident in managing risks, dependencies, and project governance with minimal oversight
