Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading Automotive business who deliver smart & sustainable solutions that improve customers’ mobility. They are the UK’s largest car leasing company and help over 750,000 people get on the road.

My client is unique in that they provide comprehensive insurance as part of the overall lease costs. With 815k+ Scheme Customers, this is the largest motor fleet policy in the UK.

We are now seeking a Pricing Lead to join the Asset Risk department. You will be responsible for modelling and estimating how future insurance costs vary by make and model of vehicle on the scheme pricelist.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience of carrying out forecasting and statistical analysis in motor insurance, or automotive leasing.
  • A number of years experience working within a Pricing or relevant role.
  • Ability to assess risks and make informed decisions based on data and trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels as well as stakeholder management.
