Job Title: PowerBI Developer

Location: UK, Remote

Salary: £45,000-£54,000

Peaple Talent are currently working alongside a world-class research and development business in Bristol that are expanding and looking for a PowerBI Developer to join the team.

The Role:

  • Gather reporting needs, document requirements, and deliver reports
  • Improve Power BI reports and optimise their performance
  • Maintain the reporting data warehouse using Azure tools
  • Manage SQL databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Administer Power BI access with IT support.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Expertise in the full reporting lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivery.
  • Experience with D365 FO as a data source for reports.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, views, CTEs, and performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, best practices, and ETL concepts.

Power BI Skills

  • Dashboard creation and data modeling.
  • Proficient in DAX, M query, and Power Query.
  • Knowledge of incremental data loading.
  • Experience with administration, security, and source control.
  • Disaster recovery and impact analysis expertise.

The Package

Base salary: up to £45,000-£54,000

  • Pension contribution up to 12.5%
  • 25 days holiday
