Land Referencing Technical Lead 🌍 | Birmingham (Hybrid) | Salary: £60,000-£70,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with an award-winning team of Geospatial professionals, who provide services focused on measured survey, data engineering & spatial analysis to the property industry.

We are now seeking an experienced Land Referencing Technical Lead to assist the ongoing growth of the firm’s Land Assembly team. The effective leadership and management of a team with substantial experience and management of finances to achieve and exceed budget; strengthening my clients profile within this market.

Responsibilities:

-Creating Project plans and resourcing work packages.

-Day to day supervision and coordination of technical land referencing delivery.

-Planning and reviewing training and development needs of the team.

What we\’re looking for:

-Extensive Land Referencing experience

-Experience of working on major infrastructure schemes as part of multi-discipline teams

-A thorough knowledge of planning and compulsory purchase legislation

-Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of GIS and some understanding of a database-based system

The Package:

💰£60,000-£70,000

📍Birmingham (hybrid) 2/3 times a week onsite

🪙Pension 4% (increases to 5%)
