We’re currently looking for an On-site IT Triage Technician to join a busy and fast-paced IT support environment in London. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone with strong first-line support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working under pressure and delivering excellent service to end users.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing first-line support for IT applications and hardware
- Logging, diagnosing and resolving incidents and service requests
- Installing, configuring and maintaining devices and software
- User administration and mobile device management via Microsoft InTune
- Supporting desk moves and office set-ups
- Delivering support via phone, Teams, email and face-to-face
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in 1st line / IT support
