We are a growing UK-based recruitment business specialising across Technology, Renewables and Engineering. Our focus is on delivering high-quality talent solutions while building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
This is a hybrid operations, marketing and contract support role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be responsible for:
- Keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day
- Supporting contractors and the contract recruitment desk
- Driving marketing activity to build brand presence and generate leads
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Operations Support
- Assist leadership with strategic projects and growth initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights
- Support events, networking, and client engagement activities
- Oversee day-to-day running of the office and internal systems
- Support onboarding of new hires (contracts, systems, training coordination)
- Maintain compliance processes (GDPR, right-to-work, audit trails)
- Manage supplier relationships (IT, job boards, tools, etc.)
- Creating terms of business from existing templates
- Continuously improve internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability
- Contract Desk Support
- Support the onboarding of contractors (contracts, compliance checks, documentation)
- Liaise with umbrella companies and limited company contractors
- Ensure all compliance is met (IR35 awareness, right-to-work, referencing)
- Manage timesheets and coordinate with payroll/finance
- Act as a point of contact for contractors during assignments
- Monitor contract renewals, extensions, and terminations
- Work closely with consultants to ensure smooth contractor placement and retention
- Marketing & Brand Support
- Manage and grow company’s presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Work with the leadership team to create and schedule content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns (email, job ads, outreach campaigns)
- Creating bespoke client pitch decks alongside consultant
What We’re Looking For
- Experience
- 2+ years in an office manager, operations, or recruitment support role
- Exposure to contract recruitment or contractor management is highly desirable
- Experience in recruitment, professional services, or a fast-paced SME environment
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems (Bullhorn) is a strong advantage
- Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with social media and content creation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on performance
