Peaple Talent have partnered with a client in the South West looking to recruit for a New Business Sales Executive. Due to the nature of what our client does, they are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience selling CCaaS solutions or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media channels
- Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Manage negotiations, close deals, and effectively handle objections or concerns
- Oversee active implementations, providing support and escalation where required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at an executive level
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers
- Maintain a strong understanding of our client’s portfolio
- Stay informed and actively engaged in the contact centre and customer service industry
Key Experience Required:
- Demonstrated success in a New Business Sales or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-regional organisations
- In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications, Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), and omnichannel solutions
- Solid understanding of contact centre and customer service operations
- Genuine interest in technology and innovation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence
- Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Services)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Well-organised, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while knowing when to seek input or feedback
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Good understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques
- Experience maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecast
- Familiarity with key platforms such as NICE, Zendesk, and Gamma
- High-level awareness of partner solutions including Sycurio, Digital Genius, Ada, Omilia, and Lifesize
- Experience using CRM systems
