As the organisation continues its growth journey, they are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer-facing projects across Local Government, Education, and Central Government environments.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment, managing multiple project streams, driving delivery excellence, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role delivering complex customer projects
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, IP, or security projects
- Experience managing project budgets, reporting, and financial performance
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams
- Experience managing customer contracts and ensuring contractual deliverables are achieved
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at executive level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- PRINCE2 certification or willingness to work towards it.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within public sector procurement frameworks
- Knowledge of SIP, telephony, Microsoft Teams-based routing, internet connectivity, or content filtering solutions
- Experience working with carrier providers including BT Wholesale, Openreach, Virgin Media, Neos Networks, or Gamma
