Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £48,000+)

Shift: Rotating Early / Late – No Nights

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production machinery
  • Planned preventative maintenance across the site
  • Supporting equipment upgrades and improvement projects
  • Identifying root causes and implementing long‑term fixes
  • Maintaining high safety and operational standards

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: 05:30 – 14:00
  • Week 2: 13:30 – 22:00
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays compulsory, paid at time and a half
  • No night shifts. Structured rotation.
  • Predictable overtime that boosts your earnings.

Package:

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary
  • Saturday overtime at 1.5x
  • Realistic total earnings of £48,000+

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi‑Skilled Engineering
