Location: Bristol

Salary: up to £85,000

The Role:

  • Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Power Automate and Windows 365.
  • Lead architecture, security and governance decisions, including identity, conditional access, compliance and Zero Trust standards.
  • Drive M365 adoption, automation and continuous improvement using tools like Adoption Score, Secure Score and Power Automate.
  • Lead modern workplace migrations, including Windows 11 rollouts and transitioning from Group Policy to Intune management.
  • Improve reliability, security and cost efficiency across the M365 environment through operational best practice, licensing optimisation and stakeholder guidance.

The Candidate:

  • Strong experience delivering Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions within large, complex organisations.
  • Skilled at engaging stakeholders, influencing senior leaders and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and modern identity and access management.
  • Experience developing cloud security, governance and risk management frameworks aligned to standards such as ISO 27001 and ITIL.
  • Proven background providing architectural leadership, including Technical Design Authority responsibilities and enterprise architecture best practice.
