We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join a growing consultancy team delivering impactful Salesforce solutions across the charity, housing and public sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining consultancy, project delivery, stakeholder engagement and technical Salesforce expertise in a role with real social impact.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver Salesforce consultancy projects for a broad customer base, working across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Running workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • End-to-end project delivery.
  • Salesforce system design and administration.
  • Producing technical specifications and documentation.
  • User training and ongoing support.
  • Pre-sales support including demos, scoping and estimates.

You’ll also help mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal projects and product development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Consultant certifications across Salesforce Clouds (Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Integrations etc.).
  • 3+ years’ experience designing and administering Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Strong consultancy and business analysis skills.
  • Experience managing full project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical audiences.

Desirable

  • Charity, housing or homelessness sector experience.
  • Project Management qualification.
  • Training delivery experience.
  • Website development knowledge.

Location: Flexible UK location. Hybrid option: minimum 2 days per week in London office OR fully remote.

Salary: £60,423 Hybrid; £56,145 Remote.
