Peaple Talent have partnered with a Global IT and Investment firm looking for an on-site technician. Our client is looking for someone with 1st and 2nd line support experience.
The Role
- You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the Project Managers and SME teams in the process of onboarding new clients.
- Technology assessments, end point configuration, network equipment deployment.
- Provide technical support to clients onsite and remotely via phone.
- Support and install all hardware.
- Effectively communicate with both clients and peers.
The Candidate
- The ideal candidate for this On Site Technician role will have relevant experience of Microsoft 365 and has preferably worked in the IT industry.
- You’ll also need a background in hardware troubleshooting and the installation of core network equipment.
- Plus, it's vital that you have strong technical skills.
