Our client is an established regional civils contractor recruiting a Contracts Manager to join its growing team, delivering a portfolio of infrastructure projects across London and the South East.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civils schemes valued between £2m–£20m. Projects include:
- Regeneration schemes
- Junction improvements
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Works across energy and rail environments
This role offers exposure to technically challenging projects, with responsibility for programme, commercial performance, safety and stakeholder management.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering civils projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Solid commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A formal qualification in a civil engineering or related discipline (advantageous)
- Professional membership (e.g. CEng, MICE) desirable but not essential
