A leading manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join its established engineering team.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
- Diagnosing faults and minimising equipment downtime
- Maintaining and repairing plant machinery and equipment
- Supporting TPM and continuous improvement activities
- Assisting with machinery installations and engineering projects
- Working closely with production teams to maximise plant performance
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- A recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy engineering environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Welding, grinding, and fabrication experience
