We’re partnered with an established and growing technology business that build software solutions across the UK and internationally. As they expand their product portfolio, they’re looking for a Head of Product to take ownership of product direction and team leadership.
This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for product strategy, roadmap planning, delivery, and team performance. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including the CEO, engineering, and commercial teams to define the next generation of their solutions.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading a Product function, ideally in both SME and large-scale organisations
- Strong background in product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market execution
- Line management a team of Product Managers and BA including helping with escalations, setting objectives, managing performance, and ensuring professional development
- Confident navigating both technical conversations with developers and customer-facing discussions
- Experience delivering enterprise or SaaS products
