Job Description Head of Data & Analytics | Retail | London (Hybrid) Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading retail company who have an exciting opening for a Head of Data & Analytics position. This role will provide strategic leadership and direction for our clients data strategy, data engineers and BI developers. Responsibilities: Spearhead the Data Strategy with key benefits clear to the Senior Leadership Team Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business, lead on improved use of Data Visualisations and Dashboards within the business Lead and mentor a globally diverse team Ensure that data, reports and insights are available in a timely manner appropriate to the business decision making cadence Experience needed: A bachelor’s degree in data science, data engineering, computer science or related fields. Expert knowledge of Data Strategies, Data Warehousing, Governance, and Business Intelligence and data platforms Experience of Microsoft Azure tools, including Fabric Ideally a strong background in ecommerce, with experience in scaling online platforms Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills A proven track record of successfully leading hybrid, distributed Data and BI teams What’s in it for you? …
