The Role

  • You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the Project Managers and SME teams in the process of onboarding new clients.
  • Technology assessments, Endpoint configuration, Network equipment deployment.
  • Provide technical support to clients onsite and remotely via phone.
  • Support and install all hardware.
  • Effectively communicate with both clients and peers.

The Candidate

  • The ideal candidate for this On Site Technician role will have relevant experience of Microsoft 365 and has preferably worked in the IT industry.
  • You’ll also need a background in hardware troubleshooting and the installation of core network equipment.
  • Plus, it’s vital that you have strong technical skills.
