A leading UK PropTech organisation is seeking a GIS Data Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the UK Government’s most ambitious digital transformation programmes. As a Data Analyst, you’ll work across digital and manual data sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the transformation process. This role would suit someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, enjoys stakeholder collaboration, and takes pride in delivering high-quality outputs in a structured and auditable way.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and cleanse large, complex datasets from varied sources
  • Identify and resolve data issues (including geometry and formatting errors)
  • Document transformation rules and maintain clear audit trails
  • Work closely with engineers to define technical requirements

About You

You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong analytical mindset and experience working with complex, multi-source datasets.

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel and strong SQL capability
  • Proven experience analysing and cleansing large datasets
  • Experience working with spatial data and GIS tools (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS)
