The Role
- You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the Project Managers and SME teams in the process of onboarding new clients.
- Technology assessments, Endpoint configuration, Network equipment deployment.
- Provide technical support to clients onsite and remotely via phone.
- Support and install all hardware.
- Effectively communicate with both clients and peers.
The Candidate
- The ideal candidate for this On Site Technician role will have relevant experience of Microsoft 365 and has preferably worked in the IT industry.
- You'll also need a background in hardware troubleshooting and the installation of core network equipment.
- Plus, it's vital that you have strong technical skills.
