Peaple Talent have partnered with an award-winning team of Geospatial professionals, who provide services focused on measured survey, data engineering & spatial analysis to the property industry. Due to exciting growth plans in the Geospatial team, we are now looking for a Senior GIS Technician.
Each day, you'll create high-quality maps and plans to support a range of needs, from legal conveyancing and land registration to mapping planning constraints for renewable energy projects. If you're enthusiastic about using GIS technologies - such as Survey123, ArcGIS Online applications, data management tools, and FME to improve efficiency and support smarter decision-making in the property sector, we'd be excited to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in GIS with proven experience in ESRI ArcGIS-based applications
- Proficiency in data integration and management using ArcGIS Pro
- Use of Spatial SQL to create custom queries and view tables in MS SQL
- Experience processing and analysing 3D Survey data
The Package:
- Salary: £35,000-£40,000
- Birmingham (hybrid) 2/3 times a week onsite
- Car allowance: £3,675
