GIS Manager 🌍 | London (Hybrid) | Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + Car Allowance
Peaple Talent have partnered with an award-winning team of Geospatial professionals, who provide services focused on measured survey, data engineering & spatial analysis to the property industry.
We are now seeking an experienced GIS Manager to lead a dynamic Geospatial team of 3.
The role will center on developing and managing GIS integrations and analyses to support Property Digital Twins, enabling sustainability monitoring, space utilisation and planning, as well as asset and facilities management.
You will act as a technical lead and be required to oversee the development of solutions that integrate multisource geospatial datasets including survey data, drone imagery, GIS, and BIM.
Helping to drive the product development of a 3D Property Digital Twin SaaS platform and its associated analytical services.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the successful running of the GIS team
-Provide Geospatial Consultancy to clients and the wider business to help cross sell Geospatial services
-Lead on delivering integrated, spatially enabled, property digital twin systems with or without IOT integration
What we're looking for:
-Strong skills in using both enterprise and desktop GIS tools, such as Esri ArcGIS (AGOL, Enterprise) and QGIS, including experience with GIS application development.
-Strong understanding of spatial data analysis and geospatial technologies including Measured Survey captured 3D data.
-Strong programming skills in SQL & Python for GIS applications
-Proven managerial experience

📍Birmingham or London or Leeds (hybrid) 2/3 times a week onsite
