We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the COO of a growing technology business in Bristol.

This is a key role supporting the COO with the smooth running of their day-to-day responsibilities, helping manage priorities, meetings, communication and business activities.

The Role

  • Provide high-level support to the COO
  • Manage diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Organise travel and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare documents and meeting materials
  • Track actions and follow-ups
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support wider business projects and priorities

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or similar
  • Experience supporting senior leadership
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment
