Peaple Talent are working with a growing organisation looking to hire a Power BI Developer to take ownership of internal reporting and dashboard development across Sales, Sales Administration, Support and Operations. This is an opportunity to join a business that is looking to further develop its reporting capability, helping stakeholders turn data into meaningful insight that drives operational and commercial decision-making.
The Role
This is a hands‑on Power BI position where you'll own the full dashboard lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions through to development, deployment and ongoing improvement. You'll work directly with stakeholders across multiple business functions, translating reporting requirements into intuitive, scalable dashboards and management information solutions. The role would suit someone who enjoys combining strong technical Power BI expertise with stakeholder engagement and business‑facing problem solving.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Support and Sales Admin
- Translate user stories and business requirements into reporting solutions
- Build and maintain data models using DAX and Power Query
- Deliver reporting projects end-to-end, including testing and deployment
- Develop clear, visually engaging dashboards that support decision-making
- Ensure reporting accuracy, scalability and alignment with business KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, data quality and MI standards
- Present data in a clear and commercially meaningful way for both technical and non‑technical audiences
What We're Looking For
- Strong Power BI, DAX and Power Query skills
- Solid understanding of data modelling and dashboard design principles
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders
- Ability to own reporting projects from discovery through to implementation
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with non‑technical users
- Experience producing MI reporting and KPI‑driven dashboards
- Self‑sufficient and comfortable managing priorities independently
