We’re looking for an experienced Battery Energy Storage Engineer to support the Rental team with the logistics, build, commissioning and operation of a growing hybrid fleet. You’ll be the link between depot teams and customer sites — ensuring systems are set up correctly, supporting engineers, delivering training and keeping equipment performing safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with sales and rental teams to ensure correct specification and use of equipment.
- Provide 2nd-line technical support to customers.
- Attend project kick-off meetings and support with equipment specification.
- Manage resources for the maintenance and upkeep of hybrid assets.
- Take a hands‑on approach installing systems and developing engineers’ skills.
- Support depot teams with storage, maintenance and best practices.
- Help allocate hire plant to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor installations and provide feedback on performance.
- Report lost/damaged equipment with appropriate documentation.
- Promote excellent health and safety practices.
