Operations Supervisor

We have recently partnered with an organically growing global Data Centre business, looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and enhance processes across their operations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can deliver effective project management and operational efficiency.
The Role:
- Oversee and deliver project metrics, financial trackers, and progress reports.
- Supervise staff performance, provide training, and develop operational plans.
- Lead IT equipment installations, relocations, and patching activities.
- Conduct Health & Safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
The Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or data center environments.
