We’re currently helping Route 101 hire a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale cloud contact centre deployment for a key client of theirs. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to make an impact in cutting-edge technology projects, this is the role for you!

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders to support project delivery across key phases:

  • stand-up
  • discovery
  • design
  • build
  • test
  • user readiness
  • release
  • hyper care
  • closure

Supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks

Tracking project progress and ensuring key deadlines are met

Managing project documentation, RAID logs, and governance reporting

Coordinating change and release management processes

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience of project coordination on IT projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of PRINCE2 and Agile project environments
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is a big plus!
