Peaple Talent have partnered with an award winning AI company who are specialists with the energy and net zero who are recruiting a Cloud Engineer to join their growing organisation.
About the role
You will be responsible for the GCP cloud and infrastructure taking and responsibility for the health and evolution of their platforms. You will work alongside data engineers and software developers implementing IAAS optimising cloud resources and designing solutions.
Fully remote, with quarterly visits to head office
About This Role
- GCP configuration, resource provisioning and lifecycle management.
- Managing GCP resources at scale with strong Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities using Terraform
- Manage network architecture including Tailscale or VPN.
- Implementation of cloud best practices across the engineering team.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment processes, and configuration management.
- Knowledge and experience of cloud security, compliance automation and ISO-27001 requirements.
