Director of AI | Remote (Client travel) | up to £150,000 Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing consultancy looking for an experienced AI Director to help shape and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions for major clients. This is a hands-on leadership role combining AI engineering, consulting, and stakeholder engagement . You’ll lead high-performing teams, guide clients through AI strategy and delivery, and build scalable AI/ML and agentic solutions in production environments. What you’ll be doing: Leading AI delivery across multiple client projects Acting as a trusted advisor to senior technical & business stakeholders Designing and deploying production-ready AI/ML solutions Driving engineering best practice across MLOps, CI/CD, observability & responsible AI Mentoring engineers and helping grow a high-performing AI capability Working with modern cloud & data platforms including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake etc. What we’re looking for: Strong Python engineering background Proven experience delivering AI solutions into production Excellent consulting, communication & workshop facilitation skills Experience leading engineering teams and influencing senior stakeholders Passion for emerging AI technologies, LLMs & agentic frameworks Why join?
