The Role:

  • Working with senior stakeholders to identify, design, develop and lead transformational change projects
  • Leading individual change projects to transform the business, improve customer satisfaction and increase commercial success
  • Supporting current and future projects to ensure that they are delivered in line with good practice project management

The Candidate:

  • 5 years + experience in delivering successful transformational change and IT projects
  • Ability to clearly communicate change requirements with internal and external stakeholders
  • PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent

The Package:

  • Base salary: £65,000
  • Up to 10% matched pension
