Peaple Talent have partnered with a client in the South West looking to recruit for a New Business Sales Executive. Due to the nature of what our client does, they are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience selling CCaaS solutions or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media channels
  • Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Manage negotiations, close deals, and effectively handle objections or concerns
  • Oversee active implementations, providing support and escalation where required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at an executive level
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our client’s portfolio
  • Stay informed and actively engaged in the contact centre and customer service industry

Key Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated success in a New Business Sales or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-regional organisations
  • In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications, Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), and omnichannel solutions
  • Solid understanding of contact centre and customer service operations
  • Genuine interest in technology and innovation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence
  • Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Services)
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Well-organised, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while knowing when to seek input or feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques
  • Experience maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts
  • Familiarity with key platforms such as NICE, Zendesk, and Gamma
  • High-level awareness of partner solutions including Sycurio, Digital Genius, Ada, Omilia, and Lifesize
  • Experience using CRM systems
