Peaple Talent have exclusively partnered with a leading Media Agency based in Bristol who are recruiting an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and evolution of infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will play a key role in improving system reliability, scalability and security while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with development teams.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
- Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive best practices in infrastructure as code, automation, and monitoring.
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
- Mentor mid-level and junior DevOps engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, responding to incidents as needed.
Skills and experience
- 5+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices.
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and experience guiding or mentoring others.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
- SRE practices, SLAs, and incident management.
- Experience supporting microservices or event-driven architectures.
