Massive demand at the moment — looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver HVAC / boiler replacement projects across the South.
Salary: £55,000 + Company Car OR Car Allowance
Location: South (Reading ideal)
Travel: Regional travel required + some overnight stays
Projects: Tesco rollout – ~1000 stores across the South
The Role:
- Managing HVAC & mechanical projects (boiler replacements mainly)
- Running projects from survey through to handover
- Working in live retail environments
- Managing subcontractors & site delivery
- Attending site meetings & coordinating design phases
- Ensuring H&S and KPIs are met

- Mechanical / HVAC project management experience
- Experience delivering works in live environments (retail ideal)
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness preferred
- Happy to travel across the South with occasional overnights
