We are working with a major Tier1 Civil Engineering firm who are recruiting an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor for a major rail infrastructure project based in the Bletchley area.
Role details:
- Full-time, site-based
- Salary £41–52k
- Company car or £4,700 car allowance
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on HSE compliance across rail, track, civils, highways & infrastructure works
- Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
Essential experience:
- Sentinel card (mandatory)
- Proven rail or track project experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practice
- Confident communicator with good leadership skills
- NEBOSH or equivalent (desirable)
