Salary: up to £75,000

The Role: Develop and manage cyber security policies, procedures, and standards to meet business and regulatory requirements. Lead the Cyber Security Board, overseeing cyber risks, strategy, and business-wide security initiatives. Work with the outsourced SOC and internal teams to manage threat monitoring, incident response, and Microsoft Sentinel performance. Own and manage security platforms including KnowBe4 and Egress, driving user adoption, training, reporting, and secure communication practices. Partner across the business to improve cyber awareness, manage risks, ensure compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2), and oversee third-party security standards.

The Candidate: Hold relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC or equivalent) demonstrating strong professional standards. Bring 5+ years of cybersecurity experience delivering and managing secure systems, processes, and controls. Strong technical expertise in threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and SIEM tools (e.g. Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel). Confident problem-solver with strong decision-making skills, able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations. Solid understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX) with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across teams.

The Package: Base Salary: up to £75,000, Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Life assurance, 25 days annual leave.
