I’m currently partnered with a well-established travel organisation that’s looking to bring on a Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis. This role sits within a busy IT service desk team, providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be handling hardware/software issues, supporting business operations, and working across technologies including Microsoft, Apple, and Linux.
They’re ideally looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years’ IT support experience
- Strong 1st/2nd line troubleshooting skills
- Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
- Experience with hardware support and upgrades
- Excellent communication skills
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, AWS, or scripting (PowerShell) would be a bonus.
