Asset Coordinator — Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Bristol (Warmley)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Asset Coordinator to manage the allocation, movement, and tracking of equipment across multiple locations. You will ensure assets are available, compliant, and ready for use, supporting smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Allocation and Tracking
- Manage equipment requests through the asset request system and ensure accurate updates.
- Coordinate the movement of assets between head office, depot locations, and sites as required.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Update hire management systems for asset allocations, returns, and transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, test certificates, and service histories.
- Ensure assets meet inspection and testing requirements and are fit for purpose.
- Operational Support
- Work closely with depot teams, transport departments, and service teams to deliver equipment on time and in full (OTIF).
- Assist in planning asset movements to support key projects and customers.
- Liaise with workshops to schedule maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Reporting and Communication
- Produce regular KPI reports on asset availability and utilisation.
- Escalate potential shortages or bottlenecks to the Asset Manager.
- Act as a key point of contact between depots, sales teams, and stakeholders regarding asset status.
Skills and Experience:
- Supervisory or team leader experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Health & Safety awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hire software (e.g., InspHire, MCS, Syrinx) is a plus
