Amazon Connect Engineer | IaC | Amazon Lex | Remote | Outside IR35 | £500 per day | 6 Months
Peaple Talent have partnered with a consultancy looking to grow their Amazon Connect Practice with an experienced CX engineer working on a variety of projects across voice, chat and cases.
Ideally you will be immediately available and have an extensive background working with IaC on Contact Center projects, specifically Amazon Connect.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to delivery of Amazon Connect and CCaaS projects across voice, chat and cases.
- Work with Infrastructure as Code tools (CDK, Terraform, Pulumi or similar) to define and deploy Amazon Connect configurations.
- Apply knowledge of CCaaS and security considerations to project delivery.
- Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to support project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive background with IaC on Contact Center projects, specifically Amazon Connect.
- Experience with CDK, Terraform, Pulumi or similar IaC tools.
- Strong CCaaS experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and security architecture.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
