- Deliver advanced 3rd Line IT support across a wide range of technologies and disciplines
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud solutions within Azure and AWS environments
- Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 platforms, providing expert administration and support
- Configure and maintain network switches, VLANs, and wireless solutions for optimal performance
The Candidate:
- Skilled in managing Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, and LAN/WAN connectivity
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing solutions in Azure and AWS
- Strong background in firewall configuration, network protection, and adherence to security standards
