I’m currently working with a leading UK organisation that is looking for a Digital Training Manager to join their Tech & Transformation team.
This is a key role within a major transformation programme, where you’ll take ownership of the training strategy for a new Property Management System and help colleagues across the business successfully adopt the new technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end training strategy for the programme
- Identify training needs across different teams and user groups
- Design and adapt practical, role-based training materials
- Deliver training face-to-face, virtually and through one-to-one sessions
- Support go-live and provide post-go-live training and reinforcement
- Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, Technology teams and implementation partners
- Use feedback and data to identify risks and improve the training approach
- Help embed new processes and ways of working across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering training within technology or business transformation programmes
- Experience supporting large-scale system deployments and go-liveStrong experience designing and delivering training
- Confident explaining complex systems and processes to different audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Technical e-learning development experience would be beneficial
