We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own Peanut’s paid acquisition engine. This role is responsible for driving user growth through world-class performance marketing strategy, experimentation and execution across channels including Meta, Snapchat, Google Search and Pinterest. You will own the full paid acquisition funnel — from channel strategy and testing frameworks to creative performance insights and budget allocation — with a relentless focus on scaling high-quality user growth efficiently. This role reports to the VP of Product and works closely with the Brand team to ensure our performance strategy and creative engine are deeply aligned with the women we serve.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Own Acquisition Strategy: Own the full user acquisition strategy across all paid channels, with a primary focus on Meta. Manage campaign performance, budgets and optimization across channels to achieve CPI, ROAS, retention and LTV targets. Identify new growth opportunities across emerging platforms and channels.
- Drive Performance through Testing: Build and run structured experimentation frameworks across targeting, creative, messaging and bidding strategies. Translate performance insights into clear creative direction to guide the brand and creative teams. Rapidly test, scale and iterate on what works.
- Lead and Measure Analytics: Design processes and dashboards to understand performance across a diverse set of channels. Evolve the organization’s knowledge of performance and how to predict success. Know when to test, scale and stop based on data, judgment or consensus as appropriate. Iterate and test messaging and tactics to better optimize costs to acquire customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with data analysis (e.g. Excel)
- Proven experience owning multi-channel growth at scale beyond product-market fit.
- Strong leadership skills.
